Excellent materials for the product

NdFeB rare earth permanent magnet materials with high magnetic energy product and high coercivity, H-grade high-strength polyesterimide enameled wire, and high magnetic permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets are selected. The latest production and processing technology is adopted, with compact structure and low heat generation. The rotor adopts a patented combined IPM structure, which has the characteristics of wide weak magnetic speed regulation range and strong anti-demagnetization ability.

High-sensitivity positive temperature coefficient thermistors are installed to monitor the motor temperature and ensure safe use.

Using permanent magnet dedicated non-inductive inverter drive, the starting current is small, the load has no impact, the operation is simple, the performance is reliable, and the operation is safe and stable.

When the permanent magnet motor starts, the current gradually increases with the load, and there is no large current shock.
