Enneng developed the permanent magnet direct drive system for flotation machines, reactors, and mixers. Different from the traditional asynchronous motor hard start + gearbox/pulley drive structure, the permanent magnet direct drive motor is installed vertically, the output shaft is directly connected to the mixing main shaft, variable frequency starting, and stepless speed control. The system has significant advantages such as simple structure, strong load starting capability, high efficiency, low failure rate, and low operation and maintenance costs.

After the transformation, the system energy saving rate increased by about 15% to 30% compared with the traditional gear box and pulley drive system.
